Alpengrove is the second of five townhome communities currently being developed in Bellingham's Cordata neighborhood by The RJ Group. This single-family residential project comprises 14 two- and three-story buildings in this phase, totaling 72 new homes. The homes offer various unique floorplans, including amenities such as a fireplace and attached garage.

This project began in the fall of 2021, with completion set for early summer 2023.
