Wendell Godard
Construction Manager
Wendell leads JGC with his 34 years of construction experience, including new construction and tenant improvements in several commercial sectors, including;

Light Industrial (manufacturing, fuel station)
Mixed-Use
Wendell has also managed numerous residential construction projects such as luxury homes, attached condos & townhomes, and multifamily apartments. His civil experience includes wetland mitigation and miscellaneous site work projects.
Wendell believes success as a general contractor starts with building trust through clear two-way communications about expectations with everyone involved in every project - from his clients to his subcontractors.

Michael Pendergrast
Civil Construction Manager
Michael's responsibilities involve all things "outside of the building," starting early with site prep, siting utilities, excavating, and installing the construction footings. As construction nears completion, he oversees tying in utilities, backfilling, exterior concrete work/paving, and landscaping. Michael started operating heavy equipment in the logging industry in 2004 and later got involved with residential and commercial excavation in 2012.
Michael enjoys learning about each client's different needs and finding creative solutions to satisfy them.
Rob Meyer
Estimator
Rob Meyer has 43 years of industry experience, starting as a laborer in 1980 and working through the trades to his first superintendent position in 1986. His experience includes;

Riley Fulton
Site Supervisor
Riley started in 2010 working in concrete, framing, siding, and other carpentry work until getting his Construction Management Certification and then taking on supervisor roles for multifamily apartment projects, the new Sehome high school in Bellingham, and mixed-use developments. In 2017 he began his own independent homebuilder business, building single-family spec homes.
Riley's favorite part of his job at JGC is the folks he works with.
